(STUDENT ACCOMMODATION)

Hello! I'm looking to move out of my room around the 20th of April (I am flexible with the move out date can be any time before the 24th April) and I need someone to takeover the room and the lease for the period of 24th April- August 25 2023.

The room has a small double bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, drawers a desk and a private en-suite. The kitchen and living room are shared with 7 other people (mixed gender) who are all friendly. Unfortunately, no couples are allowed, and must be a university student. The kitchen has an 2 electric stoves 2 ovens, a big fridge, and big freezer and a small fridge a microwave oven and other facilities. The accommodation has a gym, social and study spaces and a laundry place.

Rent is £141 per week, all bills included, and is paid in one instalment on 24th April 2023 of £2828.57. However negotiation could be made with the accommodation team to change the rent payment schedule.

This accommodation is located in the city centre, approximately 5 minutes away from Glasgow Caledonian University, 10 minutes from University of Strathclyde, 10 minutes from City of Glasgow College.
