Double room w bathroom

SHORT TERM at least initially.

I have a delightful room available for a short-term stay. There may be an option to extend this but this isn't definite, so please bear this in mind.

It is a lovely, double room available in a beautiful, quiet, traditional sandstone tenement with high ceilings and period features.

It is situated in the southside, just beside Pollokshields west train station/Strathbungo area, 5 mins walk to lots of cafes and bars.

There are 3 train stations within 10 mins walk (6 mins on the train to the city centre) and 15 mins walk to the subway if you want to travel to the west end.
As there are only flats on one side of the street there are always parking spaces on the street.

All bills are included in the cost so there is nothing extra to pay in terms of bills.

The flat has recently been redecorated with a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms.

I work full time in education any my flatmate is training in play therapy. We are sociable people and enjoy travel, food and music. We are very mindful of giving people their own space but also enjoy a coffee and a chat.

It is a peaceful flat and building with lovely neighbours so I'd like to live with someone who is respectful of that.
