It’s a really nice , quiet close and handy location - 5 min walk to Glasgow Warriors Stadium/Glasgow Club gym, 10 min walk to Victoria Park, and frequent buses from outside the flat that get you into the centre in 15 mins.

First-floor flat with gas central heating and double glazing.

Rent is £550 a month, which includes council tax (Band B), close/garden maintenance, and wifi. Gas/electricity bills are separate but will be roughly £60 each a month during the winter (currently around £45 each a month).

I’m 29 and work full-time Monday - Friday. I tend to work in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day work from home.
