A large ensuite room is available in central Glasgow. The room is very spacious with a queen bed, desk, drawers and large closet against one of the walls with lots of space for hanging clothes and storage. There is a private balcony attached to the room with a nice view. The ensuite is also large and has a mirrored wall (with additional storage space) leading to it.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, washing/drying machine, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen items.

The location is great, just a 10-15 minute walk from Glasgow Central Station. Supermarkets and other amenities are close by.

Free residential parking is also included.

Council tax is £85 a month each (tax band E), wifi is £9 each and electricity bills are split evenly 3 ways.

About the exisiting housemates:
A 29 year old male from New Zealand (live in landlord), who works as a civil engineer in Glasgow.

A 26 year old male from India, who works as a software engineer in Glasgow.

We’re both very chill and are in and out of the house often. And have various interests (such as travel, outdoors, sports and comedy). One of us is vegetarian.
