Sunny room in spacious Lambhill flat

Hi I'm Lena, I work as an equalities researcher, and I'm beginning a masters degree in radiography soon. I have a room available from the 20th July in my sunny second floor flat in Lambhill, with views over the hills and mountains. We're two friendly and social folks, who are tidy and clean and like to spend time together. The room is 550 a month and bills come to 150 a month so it's 700 per month with all bills included. Couples welcome, for couples it would be an additional 100, so 800 all together. The room is large and has a double bed, desk, drawers and built in closet space. There's good on street parking, and a shed that could fit another bike. We're right by the river path and it's a nice 10 minute cycle into Maryhill, there's good bus and train links 5 minutes away. There's a garden and deck outside, and you're welcome to garden or grow food. LGBT+ friendly home. Students welcome.
