Available beginning of June for 10months to a year. If needed, an earlier move in date in May could be arranged

Location: Double room available in first floor flat nr Anniesland aldi and M&S

Me: I am a mature (but young at heart) student, who is looking to share my peaceful, clean home with someone similar. My husband and I own the property, and I will be there during semesters from September to June, my husband once or twice a week, maybe. In July and August we are not there as much.

You:
a mature, quiet and clean student that can be respectful of our property. As it is my home, not a flat share, it does come with a few requests
E. g. We are ok with you having a partner or friend over sometimes, with prior notice but generally the flat peaceful- no loud parties!
It would be really good if you are happy to use a lawn mower over the summer.

Pets; cat or dog considered.

Flat: 3 mins walk from Aldi and M&S. direct access door, one flight of stairs, two double bedrooms; hallway, with storage; shared living room with flat screen TV, dining table and chairs; galley kitchen with washing machine and electric cooker. Small shared garden and sheds, one of which you can put a bike it. Plenty on street free parking.

Buses to and from University of Glasgow regularly go from a few minutes walk from the flat. The flat is 2.6 miles from the university.

All bills included except council tax. Council tax band is the lowest but as a full time student it should be free for you - if not you will be responsible for paying it.
