Large Double Room Cathcart

Hello,

I'm a woman in my early 30s working in the arts, with a spare room to let.

The room is **not available until after October 1st.**

The flat is 2 minutes from the train station with regular trains to central, and 20 mins from Shawlands/Queen's Park.

The room comes with a large IKEA double bed (or single sofa bed), under bed storage, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and all bed linen and towels if needed. There's a large bright shared living room, reasonably sized separate kitchen, and bathroom.

I work from home in the living room at times, but also use cafes/libraries etc where possible. I'm laid back and respect everyone's privacy, but also enjoy going and hanging and socialising over a shared meal or glass of wine.

No couples please

I have a little cat Edie so not suitable for anyone with pets (or cat allergies!)

Will consider short term lets too
