🏠 The Flat

I live in a clean, modern two-storey maisonette flat with:

* A large hallway
* Spacious living room
* Kitchen
* Balcony
* Shared bathroom
* Two good-sized double bedrooms
* Large communal back garden
* Residents’ parking directly outside, if required

Your room comes part-furnished, with a double bed and mattress, plus a built-in wardrobe with a small chest of drawers inside. (My desk & monitors will be moved out your room upon moving in).

📍 The Location

The flat is around a 5-minute walk from Glasgow Green and is within easy reach of both Bridgeton (0.82 miles) and Argyle Street (0.85 miles) train stations.

Bridge Street Subway station (0.7 miles) is also a short walk away.

There are also plenty of bus connections nearby - i. e. the 267, which takes you straight into the city centre if you’re not feeling up for the 20-minute walk!

There are plenty of wee shops, cafes and other local amenities nearby, and Crown Street Retail Park is only around a 5 min walk away.

All in all, it’s a pretty decent location to live!

👋 About Me

I’m a young working professional who works in finance, and I work from home around 2–3 days a week.

I’m quite social and tend to be out and about on my days off, but I also really love chilled nights in reading, watching films or just doing my own thing.

Most importantly… I have two indoor cats (Bob & Trixie), who are extremely friendly and absolutely love attention - so being cat-friendly is a MUST!

🫶 About You

Ideally, I’m looking to live with another working professional for council tax purposes, although I’d be open to a student too if you’re happy to share the council tax.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and respectful, but cleanliness is probably the biggest thing for me. I mean I’m no Mrs Hinch, but I like the flat to be kept clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who is happy to pull their weight with the occasional hoover, clean and general household jobs.

I’m also looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈

Overall, just looking to find someone who I could genuinely get along with but who also understands that we both have our own space and downtime.
