Bright large room 15 min walk city centre

The room has everything you need: central heating, double sofa bed, wardrobe, tables, chair, 2 chest drawers, and an indoor clothes airer (the picture just shows one part).

The flat is very close to the city centre, universities, shops and it has good transport links. It's situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking spaces if you have a car in the same street. There’s also a back garden.

I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, quiet, trustworthy, respectful, organized and LGBT friendly. I'm very laidback, quiet, enjoy time for my hobbies (mostly nature, also dancing) and always happy to chat. I'd like someone to be friends with, like family, that my place is our home. There's no broadband/wifi. But there’s a library just 5 min away and/or you can use a phone company with data allowance. There’s no living room.
I can’t offer benefits/universal credit.
I'm looking for someone who is already studying/working.

The room is for you to stay for as long as you need to if we get along well. I'm happy to try a month and see how it feels on both sides :).
