Room in Beautiful 2 bed flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate to fill this room, available from 1st February.
The flat is really nice, with great finishes. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Rutherglen station, which gets you into central in less than 10 mins. The same train also gets you into the west end in less than 20 minutes.
South side is a 15 minute drive or 30 minute bus.
On street parking available.

With Bills it’s about £640 including Wi-Fi, council tax, electric and gas. This changes slightly every month with gas/electric usage.

I’m a clean and tidy person, but also quite chilled out. I am friendly person and like to socialise in the flat, but also respect people’s space!
My interests include art, music and good food.
I’m looking for someone similar to get along with :)
