Hi! This room will be available from August onwards. The room is located in g212EE which is:
11min 🚴 to George square
20min 🚶 to queen street train station
🚌 19 bus stop a very short walk away
🚆 Alexandra parade station within walking distance

The house is equipped with all you might need from dryer to cold press and a coffee machine which should be arriving soon. The house also has front and back garden which gets sun throughout the day with large top down glass doors which give access to the garden from each room.

I am a live in landlord however I will be traveling Europe with my dog this year so you will likely have the house to your self until November. I pretty social but also like my own space and quite at times. The house also comes with my boarder collie x retriever max shown in the pictures, so if you’re not a dog person this might not be for you! I can be flexible on the price for the right person as I’m mostly renting so the house is not empty most of the time.
