With own bathroom in hall in a beautifully kept flat beside the canal on the edge of the west end.

You'll have access to your own bathroom (in hall - I have ensuite) with powerful, hot showers.

There is a private car par with space available

The room comes with a brand-new mattress and topper, equipped with a Yale lock on your door and blackout blind for added privacy and security.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer drier, a Rancilio Silvia coffee machine, Ninja, slow cooker, and all the usual amenities, including a dishwasher.

I have a cleaner come once a fortnight (20/40£ depending on mess and f you want your room cleaned)

The living room is fitted with a small gas fire (there is central heating also) to keep things warm during winter. Enjoy music on the record player and hi-fi system connected to the TV, or strum a tune on the ukulele.

I'm a show-maker and and I run a small handyman business on the side , I will mostly be out and about.

No couples please. Room available from Sunday 2nd Oct.
