New Build double bedroom

A double bedroom available to rent in New Build apartments in Cathcart.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cathcart train station, which is a 13 minute journey to Central Station.

The rent is £700 per month, all bills included(gas, electric, broadband and council tax - band E).

I am 37 years old, and work for a bank from the office 2 days a week and from home 3 days.

I like running and playing badminton in my spare time when I’m not working, or looking after my beagle boy who is very well behaved, but it is important that you are dog friendly.

I am very clean and tidy, and I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I am happy to sometimes watch tv in the livingroom, aswell spending time in my bedroom.

I am gay and have a boyfriend who visits a few days a week, so it is important that you are LGBT friendly too.

I have a washer/dryer, dishwasher and all kitchen amenities including an air fryer.

I am looking to move in around 6 months, so it will be til then, but it won’t be shorter than 6 months.
