Public transport (Bus 1, 2, and 6 towards City Centre; and Scotrail Scotstounhill) options are available and connect you to various universities (Strathclyde, Glasgow and GCU) and colleges. Scotstoun Stadium and Victoria Park are within short walking distance from the house.

The Flat
The flat is on the ground floor (street level). It comprises an entrance hallway with storage; a bright and spacious bay windowed lounge with ample dining space; two double bedrooms with beds and built-in storage; a modern fitted galley-style shared kitchen with appliances; and a shared white three-piece shower room. Your flatmate
You will be living with me, a full-time research student. I mostly cook and sometimes work from home. I also like to take care of plants and am one of the coolest housemates you will find.

For council tax exemption eligibility, I prefer a student to join me. I am looking for someone who can treat this place as a home; takes initiative in cleaning shared spaces as necessary; values privacy, respects diverse nationalities, cultures, religions, and sexual orientations; and can handle conversations, especially on matters related to the property.

Rent for June and July 2026
Finally, in terms of rent and bills. The advertised room will be rented at £400 per month, inclusive of energy bills. This will be explained further.

Prospects for Long-Term Stay (August 2026 onwards)
By the 1st of August 2026, the entire 2-bedroom flat will be available for you (plus another friend/buddy/colleague of yours to stay with). The rent of the unit will be £900 per month + utilities. You will be discussing the terms of the flat with the owner.
