Prospects for Long-Term Stay (August 2026 onwards)
By the 1st of August 2026, the entire 2-bedroom flat will be available for you (plus another friend/buddy/colleague of yours to stay with). The rent of the unit will be £900 per month + utilities. You will be discussing the terms of the flat with the owner.
