We’re offering our spare bedroom for rent to someone who is not a smoker.

Our cozy flat is conveniently located within five minutes of cardonald train station, with trains to central station taking only 10 minutes.

Not allergic to cats
Rent amount depends on your length of stay.
Rent is 150 per week, for lets longer than 3 months.

Rent is 175 per week for stays shorter than 3 months

Electricity, gas, water, Council tax, internet is included in the weekly rent

What’s not included:
1. TV license
2. All household consumables or groceries
