Great area - duke street 2 mins walk belgrove station 2 minutes walk ((6 mins into Queen st) supermarket on duke st - pretty much everything is on your doorstep. City centre and university half hour walk or 15 minutes on the bus. Picture of your room shows it unfurnished - there is a double mirrored built in wardrobe and it will be fully furnished before you move in. The bathroom is for your sole use as the other room is en suite. Bathroom consists of toilet washbasin bath with over bath shower. Current flatmate is female and easy going, not a party flat but it will be your home so guests are welcome (within reason) enjoy a glass of wine, reading, usual stuff, all bills included (subject to reasonable usage/price stability.) No bigots please!
