2x Double rooms near Subway

Two spacious double bedrooms in a large tenement near Cessnock subway available from early December-March 3.

The larger 'tree' room is £750, and the smaller 'red' room is £700. These include most bills. The only additional bill is fortnightly cleaning of communal areas (about £30pp cash per month).

This would be a lodgers agreement with a small £200 deposit per room.

The flat is top floor (block of 6 tenement flats). There’s a big kitchen and large living room, one bathroom, and an office space I work from 2 days per week. There is a communal garden shared with other flats. It’s important to note I’m doing up the flat bit by bit, so it’s not perfect and there may be tradies in occasionally or me in overalls painting 🎨🖌

It’s 30 mins walk to Finnieston, 20 mins drive to Glasgow airport, <1 min walk to Cessnock subway and the 9 bus. On street parking can get a bit busy on game days but is otherwise fine.

Ideally looking for short term but there may be opportunity for one room to be long-term (if you're OK being in the flat when my parents visit in March!).
