Hi, I am a living-in homeowner, looking for a flatmate who is interested in moving into the double room in December or after.

- Short term rentals are considered.

- The flat is in the (iconic!) Beresford Building. It is at the intersection of the city center and West End. You can search for it on Google Maps.

- All bills and council tax are included.

- The double room is very large and has a king size bed (2mx2m), IKEA storage units, a desk, and a large closet for clothes.

- Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, espresso machine, air fryer and other kitchen and home appliances are in excellent condition.

- Fast broadband (fiber internet).
