The flat is on the top floor (second floor) and is in a beautiful condition, it has secure parking available and the area is quiet but is walking distance to Glasgow city centre, either colleges, or the university of Strathclyde.

The current flatmate is 20F and studying accounting and is lovely!

Bills are not included but will be on average around £60 per month. This is wifi, gas and electricity. The council tax band is D. Please note if you’re a professional that the current flatmate is a student, and so she is exempt from council tax.

The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a second bathroom with a shared shower. There is also washing machine and a clothes dryer in the living room/kitchen area.

The double bed is an Ottoman and has a large storage space underneath. There is also a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
