Hoping for someone who likes cats as Fred is a sometimes vocal, but always affectionate cat who enjoys company!

I'm a nurse who does 12 hour day shifts and tend to go away hiking about 1 weekend a month so you'd have the place to yourself during those times. Fred has a lovely and reliable cat sitter so up to you if she comes to hang out with him or you are happy to look after him yourself for those weekends.

I'm an outdoorsy vegetarian who goes for a sort of 'lived in' level of tidiness, so although I like to keep the place clean and reasonably in order it maybe wouldn't suit someone who has a need for minimalism in the home! So looking for someone with similar approach.

Has the usual facilities, bath, electric shower, washing machine, broadband.

Monthly rate includes all bills. Note the cupboard in the bedroom contains the boiler, although there is some storage space above and below it.
