1 room available for rent (short term preferably)

Hi,
We have one/two rooms available in our 3-bedroom house in G41, initially for around 6 months while I’m away.
During this time, only my husband and our two outdoor cats 🐱🐱 will be living in the house. My husband is a doctor working full-time at a hospital, while I am a software engineer.

I’m happy to extend the arrangement after I return if you’d like to continue staying.

The main reason I’m renting the room is actually our cats as they’re very affectionate and extremely clingy, and I’d much rather have someone around to keep them company while I’m away than have them feel lonely. ❤️
So being comfortable and friendly with cats is important.

The room is currently our baby’s nursery, hence the balloons/decorations in the photos. All balloons, decorations and nursery items will be removed before you move in.

The bed shown is extendable from a single to a queen-size bed. The bathroom is shared.

* Shieldhall Subway – ~10 mins walk
* Pollokshields East train station – ~7 mins walk
* Groceries, GP and dentist all within ~5 mins walk

P. S. I also have another room that’s slightly bigger but haven’t included it in the photos. If you’re looking to rent two rooms with a friend/partner, I’d be happy to rent both.
