The room comes with a brand-new bed, wardrobe, fast internet service, smart TV, fridge/freezer and all! It is situated in a bright 3-bed house (not flat) with front and rear gardens, in the Peterson Park area of Knightswood. With easy reach to the Forth & Clyde canal and good access to buses, 1C, 2, 3, 6A, and 6; and train stations include, Drumry, Garscadden, and Yoker. It is close to Great Western Retail Park and several other retail outlets (including Lidl).
All bills are included in the rent, except the gas and electricity bills shared monthly. This is dependent on usage and may be as low as £30 in the (relatively) warm months.
Unfortunately, I am unable to post more photos. Hence, early viewing is highly recommended. It is better to send an email, however, if you have no use/access to emails then you may place a call. This is ideal for a single student/professional.
