I have a spacious, stylish double room available in a 4-bedroom flat. The whole place has recently been renovated, including new furniture in the bedroom so everything feels fresh and ready for you to settle in.

The flat itself has a large, homely living room – perfect for relaxing with a cuppa or having friends over – and a fully fitted kitchen stocked with everything you need: toaster, kettle, blender, pans, you name it. There are two toilets shared between 4 people, making mornings much easier. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, friendly vibe that makes it feel like home. The price is £180 per week with all bills included.

The location is fantastic – it’s right next to Victoria Road, with great public transport links, a newly established cycling route, and a Lidl just roughly a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants, a few gyms, and the local library close by, all within a short 5–15-minute walk. The amazing Queen’s Park is literally outside the house, giving you beautiful window views and a perfect spot for a walk. The flat is ideal for students and young professionals, with Strathclyde, Caledonian, and GSA universities nearby (around 15-20 mins cycle and 25 mins bus respectively). The Queens Park station is only 5 minutes walk. The city centre is also within walking distance, roughly 35 minutes.
