Looking for a flatmate for south-side flat

Hello! Currently looking for someone to take over my lovely flatmates room as she’s moving out :’(

The flat is situated in Croftfoot in south side glasgow, it’s a super quiet and chill area with all amenities close by! Suitable for anyone looking to move close to the city centre but still have some peace n quiet.

There is a bus stop a 10 minute walk from the flat (5 minutes if u are always late and need to run like me🥰🥰) and buses run into the city centre every 15 minutes! There is also a train station about a 20 minute walk away. There’s a wee shop 5 minutes away and plenty supermarkets nearby. Ubers into the city centre can fall anywhere between a tenner and £20, depending on the time and day.

The flat has 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a bathroom as well as a balcony! The bedroom will be unfinished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished with plenty cupboard space. It is bright with so much natural light and big rooms.

The bills are not included in the rent and total at around £110 per month (this includes electricity, wifi and council tax) and the gas i’d pay as you go (about a tenner per week)

My flatmate hands back her keys on the 7th of June so the flat will be available anytime after then, but looking for someone to move in asap.

I’m Hannah, I’m 22, currently working as a bartender/barista so I am usually working 6/7 days a week so you will have the flat to yourself the majority of the time. I moved into this flat about 2 years ago, originally from dumfries and galloway, and moved up here to meet new people and do new things!! I’m sociable and would love to hang out and i’m super easy about having guests round whenever you like.
