Double Bed for rent in Battlefield

I’m looking for a young professional flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my flat in Battlefield as my current flatmate is moving out. It’s a double bedroom which comes furnished. Shared living room / kitchen / bathroom. The pictures of the bedroom are the same but there’s no longer a chest of drawers!

Great transport links - a few minutes walk to Mount Florida train station and bus routes. Close to lots of shops / bakeries / pubs etc.

I work in town and do majority work from office but 1-2 days at home per week. I spend most of my time going out with friends and going to the gym / Pilates and am looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and considerate who is happy to hang out but also likes their own space.

Rent is £650 PCM with bills not included. Bills are currently around £170 (council tax / energy / wifi).

Flat is available from around early October 2026. Short term lets considered.
