Hi, we’re looking for a new flatmate for our Govanhill flat. We’re both female and in our mid twenties and early thirties, friendly and chatty, and would love to live with someone of a similar vibe.
The flat has a large living room for relaxing, watching TV, reading or hobbies. We both enjoy drawing, crafts and cooking in our free time, and we’re also quite outdoorsy; often out cycling, running or camping.
Rent is £600 per month, and covers all bills including power, heating, wifi and council tax. You will have to undergo the agent Rosevale reference process if interested.
