Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate from 4 August, as my current flatmate is moving out.
The flat is located in Glasgow, right next to the Mitchell Library. It's fully furnished and includes:
* 2 bedrooms
* 2 bathrooms (you'll have your own!)
* A shared kitchen and living room
* Washing machine
The rent is £725/month (bills not included), and the minimum stay is 6 months.
A bit about me: I'm 25, French, and I started my PhD at the University of Strathclyde in January 2025. I'm quite calm and tidy. I value my personal space, but I'm also happy to spend time together, whether that's going out for food, exploring Glasgow, or just having a chat.
If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to get in touch! I'm currently in France visiting my family, so I'll only be able to do in-person viewings from 28 July onwards. In the meantime, I can share a video tour of the flat and I'm happy to arrange a video call if you'd like.
