Hi there!
I have a large, furnished double room in Ibrox.
The flat has free on street parking and is close to the motorway. Ibrox Subway station is also only a 5min walk away - so very handy location.
I will be paying for a cleaner on a fortnightly basis for the kitchen and bathroom. This will be included in the rent. The rest of the bills will be split 50/50.
I work for the NHS as a Clinical Scientist. My hours are 9-5 Mon-Friday and I would prefer to live with someone with roughly the same schedule as myself.
I am into racquet sports, rock-climbing and generally anything outdoors.
The building is quiet, with all neighbors on friendly terms.
The flat is very close to Rangers' Football stadium, so the area can be a bit tricky to park in when the matches are on, but with a bit of planning it's not too bad.
