Hello! We are Nikki and Eilidh, we're looking for a new flatmate to move in. We're sociable and friendly people who enjoy cooking together, watching rubbish telly and going to the pub on occasion.
The flat is a lovely 3 bed property with big sitting room, kitchen / dining room, and lovely bathroom (with massive bath tub!). Tumble dryer + dishwasher + piano in flat! It's in a really fun part of the city that is very close to city centre and near lots of great pubs and restaurants.
Rent is £535 per month + council tax band D + bills (vary each month, roughly £50-80 pp). Altogether cost is between £650-700 depending on the cost of bills as it's more expensive in the winter.
We are looking to live with someone who is down to earth and chill! We often host friends for pres + dinners so would like someone to move in with a similar vibe.
We are professionals who work full-time in the charity sector. In our spare time we like to spend time with friends / go to the pub and gigs/ yoga / hiking / etc. our home is a nice chill space for us to unwind after work.
Please message if interested and let us know a little about yourself + if you have any questions <3
Sorry no students or under 25s!
