I am looking for a new flatmate to move in with me as my current one has just bought his own place! I am a working professional who works 9-5 Monday to Friday in the office and in my spare time I enjoy socialising watching sports like football and F1, going to the cinema, going on walks to the lovely parks nearby to the flat and hanging out with friends!

I am looking for another working professional who is nice, clean & tidy and enjoys hanging out together occasionally whether that be watching a show together during dinner or going to a coffee shop etc!

- 1 x Double bedroom available (the flat is 2-bedroom), modern kitchen and bathroom, large living room, 3rd floor flat with plenty of space for storage

2 minute walk away from Pollockshaws East train station with regular trains into town and connecting bus links into town via the 38 and 3 First Buses.

2 minute walk away from a Tesco express, 5 minute walk away from morrisons and Lidl!

plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants available too just a short 5 minute walk away from the centre of shawlands.
