Hello,
My current flatmate is moving out and their room is going to be free sometime between mid September and end of October so looking to see if anyone would be interested in taking the room so I can stay in this flat to avoid having to move out and find a new place.
The room is a decent size, bright and has a built-in wardrobe. It has a bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers also.
Rent - 690each
CT - ~145each
Bills - generally pretty low and the flat is warm!
There are multiple train stations close by for links to town as well as the cycle path up Victoria Road to town.
The new tenant would need to go through the letting agent checks etc.
I'm a 28yo Engineer and like being in the hills/mountain biking/being outside. Looking for someone clean/tidy/friendly/sociable. Bonus points if you like being in the hills too!
