Double room in a beautiful apartment

A lovely double room is available in a gorgeous top floor apartment in Glasgow city centre!

The apartment has a large and beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen + dining area as well as a terrace. The double bed room is lovely and fully furnished. Located right in Merchant City, the apartment is in one of the most iconic building of Glasgow in the Italian Center.

I have been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it, but as I am moving down south, it's time for me to move out. The other room is occupied by my flatmate Grace - she is absolutely lovely. She is in her graduate job and she is an amazing person to live with, very tidy and peaceful (so it would be great for someone similar to take over my room!).

We would be preferably looking for another professional, or a postgraduate student who would be eager to contribute to council tax. No pets unfortunately, or smoking in the flat. The council tax band is G (approx. 185pp monthly).
