We are looking for flatmates to take over 2 double rooms in a Victorian flat at 46 Bentinck Street, G3 (located right on the other side of Kelvingrove Park, a 10-minute walk to the University of Glasgow campus).
The flat is furnished, really bright & spacious, and the rent is £600 per month. The bills for year 2025-2026 were around an extra 30-35 pounds (separately). For year 2026-2027 we will aim for same.
The security deposit will be £600, and the landlord requires tenants to commit for at least one year. However, if you need to leave early, you would need to find a replacement tenant.
