Room for rent

A spacious ground floor flat available near the city centre and universities, ideal for students or professionals. The flat comes with parking for one car and has good access to public transport, including a nearby subway station. Plenty of shops all within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped, however as seen in photos the rest of the flat is not yet fully furnished as I have only recently moved in, but I will be furnishing it soon. There are two bathrooms and the bedroom has a double bed in it. This is a smoke-free flat. No pets, unless very small (please ask first). Both long-term and short-term lets are possible. Bills are not included.

I am a student at the University of Glasgow and looking for someone who will be comfortable in a friendly, well-situated flat.
