A spacious ground floor flat available near the city centre and universities, ideal for students or professionals. The flat comes with parking for one car and has good access to public transport, including a nearby subway station. Plenty of shops all within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms and the bedroom has a double bed in it. This is a smoke-free flat. Both long-term and short-term lets considered. Bills are not included.

I am a student at the University of Glasgow and looking for someone who will be comfortable in a friendly, well-situated flat.
