Spacious & bright room in Southside Glasgow

I have a spacious and bright bedroom available in my flat from the last weekend of October.

The flat is currently being re-decorated — I’m painting, updating the furniture, tweaking things here and there. This means some of the furniture in the photos will be replaced, and the walls may be a different colour when you move in.

The bedroom is furnished:
- A double bed king size
- A desk + desk chair
- Clothing storage and shelving units
- A small couch (can be removed)

You’ll be living with me — I’m a 27-year-old professional working from home. I enjoy hiking, art, movie nights, socialising, and equally appreciate my own space. I'm looking for someone who’s respectful of neighbors and the space, tidy, and is pro-active when it comes to cleaning the place (happy to set up a schedule if it makes things easier)!

The flat is in a great location — close to lots of bus routes and 5 minutes from Queen Street Station. Queens Park is also just a 5-minute walk away, and there are many Voi bikes stations around. It's also near Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Tesco, and Locavore.

Costs are:
Rent: £625
Council Tax: Band C — ~£83 per month per person
Broadband: £14/month per person
Utilities: Gas & electric bills split in 2 (gas used for heating/shower, which is generally more efficient). Please note: the flat is currently single glazed, but I plan to upgrade to double glazing.

And finally, I've applied to foster pets (cats and / or a small dog), so I hope you enjoy meows at 6 am and the occasional ball of furr hanging about in the corner.
