Short-term dbl room for rent in Pollokshields

Hi there

I’m Ellie and I’m looking to rent out the spare double bedroom in my ground floor flat in Pollokshields, Glasgow.

Looking for short-term lets only, anything from 3 weeks to 6 months.

The flat is spacious and homely.
The room comes finished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables but it’s large enough that it would also fit some of your own furnishings.

I have a cat called Nessie so you need to be ok with cats :) She’s friendly and likes playing with hair bobbles.

I work as a professional and I’m out most weekdays 8-6ish. I love to cook/bake, keep fit (running cycling yoga), relax by reading or watching tv/ films, and like being creative.

I’m looking for someone who will have respect for the flat, cleans up after themselves, is easy-going and friendly.

As an area Pollokshields is great. There’s free street parking outside although sometimes you need to do a lap of the block to find a space. The closest train station is Pollokshields East (5 min walk), just one stop into central station.
It’s a short walk to Nithsdale road where there’s pubs and shops and a small Sainsbury’s. Pollokshields has also recently opened up a community sauna and plunge pool! Just down the road from my flat.
