Room in two bed flat in Anniesland

Room available for rent in Anniesland due to my flatmate moving out.

The room is furnished with a single (bunk) bed, a pull-out bed, and a desk, though you are free to change any furniture in the room as you like. The flat has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower and bath tub.

The flat is very conveniently located on Great Western Road, right on Anniesland Cross. The Garscube campus/vet school is a 20 min walk away or a 5 min bus journey. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city centre, with Anniesland station a 2 minute walk away. Byres Road and the West End is 15 mins away by bus, as is the University of Glasgow main campus.

Bills come to about £40 each per month (Electricity and Broadband). Students preffered due to council tax, but if you are a professional and are open to paying council tax yourself, you are very welcome :)

I'm a 23 year old PhD student at the University of Glasgow, and I'm a quiet and chill housemate. I'm social and always up for a chat, but I'll also give you your space. I'm relatively clean, but not a clean freak- as long as the flat is livable I'm happy! The landlord will require references upon application.

I'm open to a flatmate from any background, just as long as you're a nice person!
