Short-term house share

Perfect home from home accommodation.... I've decided to let out the spare room to professionals who need to come to Glasgow for work or someone who just wants to relax and explore the city.

This is a proper home,, not a crash pad, inviting guests for dinner is great but strictly no overnight stays.
Sandyhills is a great area of the east end, just outside the city centre... there is a bus stop 2mins from house that takes you straight into town or a train which is a 10min walk away for either the city or Edinburgh.
Tollcross International swimming is just under 2 miles from the house and the Emirates arena 2.6 miles both journeys under 10mins by car or bus.
Tesco and aldi are withing easy walking distance as is some nice restaurants like lavita barrachnie for food and drinks.
The home is safe, clean, comfortable and in a very quiet area with no through traffic.
Looking for clean respectable adult who enjoys a calm peaceful private space.

I work 3, 12 hours shifts over the wknd and 4 off which gives me plenty of time to enjoy a little life...
I do enjoy the outdoors and try to get out as much as possible, so your more than welcome to join me on a road trip if you have the time.
