Flatmate wanted for canalside digs

Hiya! My lovely flatmate is moving in with her new husband so I'm looking out for someone to take her room.

I've attached photos from the flat when we moved in last year so it's looking more lived in now. Although the room doesn't have an en suite leading off from the room itself, there are two bathrooms, so we more or less get one each.

I'm a freelance production coordinator that works on TV commercials, who loves to go out dancing but likes home to be a little sanctuary. Production is chaotic, so I like the gaff to be clean and tidy. Sometimes I work from home, but I've got a coworking space so I'm not home all the time.

Our council tax is £268 per month, which we split. We also have electric heating, costing around £150 a month over winter (more like £75 in the summer), split between us. Our Wi-Fi is £20 total, so £10 each.
