We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat in Dennistoun. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk – perfect for studying or working from home. You’d be sharing with a PhD student from Spain and a Bachelor student from Lithuania.

Ideally, we’re looking for another student (to avoid council tax), but we’re open to young professionals too – council tax would just need to be discussed (Band D).

The Flat:

Location:

- Right next to Bellgrove Station – quick trains to city centre and West End

- Excellent bus connections with multiple routes nearby

- Walking distance to Strathclyde Uni and the city centre

- Free on-street parking available

We’re tidy, easy going, and respectful of each other’s space. We’re also friends with our neighbours upstairs and sometimes hang out – you’re welcome to join if you’re up for it, but no pressure at all.
