Double en suite in small, quiet flat

Room available on month to month contract with frequently travelling landlady. If I’m not working I’ll be at my allotment or doing DIY.
The room is available furnished but everything can be taken out except the king-sized bed. It has a mini kitchenette comprising mini fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster but the main kitchen/living room is there for you to use - just keep noise to a minimum if it’s late.
The bedroom gets the evening sun and looks out onto the drying green and community centre garden. They have chickens and you can get fresh eggs!
The kitchen/living room gets the morning sun and is beautiful. The flat is warm and the area is quiet. There are local shops and Lidl is a 20 minute walk away
I’m looking for someone who can share an occasional glass of wine/cup of tea and a chat in the evening but is equally happy to be here alone and look after the place when I’m away. Somebody chill and respectful of the space and my peace would be ideal. I will reciprocate.
All bills are included.
Council tax is band E which is very painful!
Plenty of on street parking available.
Close to 3 stations and 10 minutes from Shields Road subway.
