Double room in Pollokshields / Southside

Room in 3 bed flat in Pollokshields. Big living room, decent sized kitchen & bathroom. Plus balcony & access to free parking and a garage. (The south-facing balcony & light sitting room is lovely) Looking for someone clean and chilled but sociable!

You'd be joining the 2 of us, Zane and Finlay, pals who met through filmaking a few years ago. One of us is an actor and tour guide, the other a photographer/cinematopher and baker. We like our films and cooking, it's quite a relaxed flat but we've enjoyed making the shared rooms feel homely and have folk round for dinner occasionally or go out to gigs or a pub night :)

Pretty good deal for the lovely green quiet area, but ideal how close it is to Queens Park & all things Southside, Shields Road Subway & Pollokshields East Train station about 10 min walk away, so you're into the centre in 20 mins max, 10 min cycle. Council tax band E and bills around £100 in total. Drop a message and can organise a viewing and meet ya! :)
