The room comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, chair, wall mirror and a separate bathroom with a shower. The flat is clean, quiet, and well maintained. It is a really cosy and relaxed place to call home. Electricity and Gas are included however Wi-Fi, council tax need to be covered by you separately. There’s also secure onsite parking, accessed with a fob if you’ve got a car.

- Duke Street Station is about 24 minutes walk and 5 min by car
- Bus stop is 4 mins walk ( bus to Buchanan street is less than 10 mins)
- Buses into the Glasgow city centre run regularly and get you there in about 10 minutes.

- University of Glasgow – around 30 minutes by bus or 16 minutes by car
