I’ve got two furnished double bedrooms available in my newly refurbished flat in Dennistoun.

Room 1 is available now, while room 2 will be available from 5th September.

Both rooms are a good size, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and a simple, neutral finish. They’re a bit of a blank canvas for you to make your own. You are welcome to decorate and add your own touches to make the room feel more personal.

They each come furnished with:

- Desk and chair

Room 1: 3.9m x 2.85m
Room 2: 3.9m x 2.72m

The flat itself has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, with a sofa, TV, dining table and everything you need for cooking.

I live in the flat and work as an account manager in the renewables industry. Outside of work, I’m usually cycling, training for triathlons or getting outdoors. Equally, I’m always up for a chilled evening watching films/sports, cooking dinner, or heading to the pub every now and then.

I’m looking friendly, sociable people who are also respectful of each other’s space😊

Duke St train station is a 5 min walk away, with regular trains into the city centre, and there are also great bus links into town. There are gyms nearby, with the closest around a 5 minute walk away.
