Furnished double room in a cosy southside house

Hi I am Martha (she/her), a 32 year old professional, and I am looking for a housemate to move into my spare room.
The room is a double one with a large built in wardrobe and window looking onto tops of trees and a quiet street below . The house is fully furnished and I am happy to put in a desk, mirror snd bookcase into the spare room if the new housemate wished.
The shared spaces are a spacious kitchen and living room and one bathroom with shower and bath.
Location wise I am about a ten minutes walk to Pollock park and Pollockshaws west train station. Its a 15min walk to a big morrisons and Lidl and close to Auldhouse retail park. There are a lot of bus stops nearby for journeys into the city centre including the 57, 57A, 38, 38B and the 3 ( which goes to the west end).
There is free parking and a small yard and an outdoor area to hang washing.
