Myself and my daughter here, we're friendly but fairly private humans. Friends/family welcome/visit but we dont do late nights and not a party house. We have a rescue cat who's friendly.
Prefer a student lodger who uk, any ethnicity. I had difficulties returning lodgers deposits to international students and international banking charges, time and emotional labour impact has taken its toll. Also need a lodger to have a UK based contact to provide who I can return deposit to if needed.
