Seeking flatmate for modern flat in Hamiltonhill

Hi there,

I'm a musician who currently works in the retail sector looking for a flatmate to move into a lovely flat within walking distance from the city.

The flat is based in the Hamiltonhill area, close to the canal, just north of the city. It is about a 20 minute walk from Cowcaddens subway station for ease of access to transport links.

The rent is £462.50, and the bills generally come to about £130 a month (including council tax, broadband, etc) It is in Council Tax Band A.

I'm a sociable person and would enjoy a flat where I can form a friendship with my flatmate whilst also respecting each other's space. I'm clean, outgoing and easy to talk to. I enjoy playing board games, going for walks and producing music. (I wear headphones so I'm not super noisy) I really appreciate having good communication between flatmates and I am always open to chat about anything.

I am a vegetarian and would prefer to live with other vegetarians, but I am happy to live with meat eaters.
