The rent is split into 9 instalments, paid at the beginning of every month from September to May. In each installment, the amount to be paid is around £1,700 pounds, differing depending on the month. In total, £14,994 are paid for the whole year.
The rooms here are very cozy, and the students and staff are very nice and welcoming. There are facilities like a common room with a TV and some board games, a gym, a laundry room and there are many sitting places near the reception where you can hang out and watch TV.
This is a student accommodation so you do not need to worry about any bills or services, just pay the rent and everything else is covered!
