Subletter wanted for 3/4 months

Hello, we’re looking for a girl to take my room in our Glasgow Southside flat for ideally 4 months but this is flexible!

My name is Freya and my flatmates name is George! I plan to be in Spain for the summer and we need someone to take my room! The move in date would be at the end of this month. The room is fully furnished as well as the rest of the flat icl appliances. The living room and kitchen are very large. The kitchen has an 8 seater dining table to perfect for dinner parties!

George has an en suite so the larger bathroom would be predominantly yours! We are only looking for a female to take this room, no male applicants please. The room would be left bare besides the furniture so it’s a blank canvas for your stay!

Rent is £600pm and bills over the summer are generally less than £40. Council tax band is C.

George is a very laid back character but also loves the odd night out! We’re a smoking flat so not a problem if you are also. We have a cat called Lyon who is very friendly, you may have to feed him from time to time but George is generally around to do this.
