Private bathroom and kitchen included. The studio is fully furnished with a wardrobe, heating, TV, desk, chair, small sofa, induction hob, mattress and plenty of storage space.

Located on the 2nd floor, generally quiet and convenient. The studio is in the main building with easy access to reception, gym, laundry room and parcel collection.

* Convenient transport links across Glasgow
* Close to Lidl, Morrisons and Tesco
* Around 5-10 mins walk to University of Glasgow
* Many restaurants, cafés and bubble tea shops nearby

The building has a 24-hour reception, friendly staff and secure parcel collection service, which makes it feel very safe and convenient. There are also social/study spaces and a cinema room downstairs, and the accommodation team regularly organises events for residents. The accommodation team is also very responsive with emails and maintenance requests.

Official tenancy takeover through West Village accommodation team for safety and security. Room will be professionally cleaned before move-in.
